Caleb Phillips

Caleb Phillips plays a key role in managing equipment, coordinating hauling, and overseeing procurement and distribution. His journey began 21 years ago when his high school counselor introduced him to the opportunity during his senior year. Initially seeking a mechanic job through a work-study program, he hadn’t considered heavy equipment until his interview sparked his interest. He started the very next day, beginning with sweeping shop floors and repairing small pumps and tamps. Over time, he advanced to shop foreman, then lead mechanic, and eventually took on a general management role, where he now helps oversee daily operations.
