Our focus is on serving the needs of short term and long-terms projects that require development and operation of surface water intake as well as operation and maintenance of water pipeline systems, water transfer and frac-transfer services, and pipeline construction projects.
Our commitment to excellence is job number one. DeKalb Pipeline has one of the most experienced team of field operators that manage projects from design to engineering, permit, construction, and management of complex water transfer projects.
Our team will supply, install, operate and remove: manifold systems, piping, valves, fittings, pumps, containment, controls, filtration unit, fuel and fuel tanks, winterization equipment, pigging system, and related equipment as required to support the working tanks and hydraulic fracturing operation at a client-designated frac flow rate, according to client preference and overall site conditions and layout.
Water Transfer Services
Along with Frac-Transfer services, DeKalb Pipeline can provide replenishment transfer support from an off-pad source to meet daily frac flow requirements. Flows may vary depending on project requirements, elevation changes, and pipe size distance as well as pump selection.
Design and Set-Up
As part of our preparation and due diligence, DeKalb Pipeline will design a Piping and Instrumentation drawing (P&ID) for each frac-transfer set-up, which shows the complete pump, piping, and valveset-up at each location.
During Frac Transfer Operations, DeKalb Pipeline's project and operation managers, supervisors and technicians will be on-site and manage the overall project and ensure delivery of critical water management services in support of the frac transfer operation.
Important during the winter seasons, DeKalb Pipeline manages winterization of the pumps, piping and working tank manifolds in advance and during the hydraulic fracturing process.
We will maintain consistent water flow in sub-freezing conditions and will manage pigging pipeline systems.
