Vice President

Craig Wiley joined DeKalb Pipeline (DPL) in August 2013 as Vice President. Since joining DPL, Craig has concentrated his efforts on frac water transfer projects in the Utica shale reserves in Ohio. A representative project would be the installation of 15 miles of 18-24” diameter HDPE water line.

During Craig’s career, he’s led a variety of construction projects including:

– Water supply for energy services
– Industrial water supply
– Water and sewer pipelines
– Dams and reservoirs
– Water and wastewater treatment plants
– Pump stations
– Spray irrigation systems
– Grading projects
– Site utilities

Craig has managed most of these projects from pre-bid activities to contract close out. Others say he’s known for doing “whatever it takes” to finish a project on-time and under budget. In fact, he’s never personally managed a project that lost money.

Much of Craig’s career was at Reynolds – a major supplier of products and construction services to the water and wastewater industries. Before being acquired by Layne Christensen in 2005, Reynolds had annual revenues of $185 million. In almost 20 years at Reynolds, Craig progressed through roles as Project Engineer, Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Assistant Division Manager.

Craig rose to the position of Vice President and Manager of the Southeast Utilities Division. His team of 100+ employees completed up to seven projects per year with a total annual contract value up to $75M. The largest single project was $102M – the Greensferry Basin Sewer Separation Project for the City of Atlanta.
